I’ve speculated privately to some over the past few months that Trump may have attempted to blackmail @LindseyGrahamSC with some personal kompromat during their golf outing last year. Since then, I believe Graham may have been acting as a mole for Mueller.

Let me provide a bit of background that forms the basis for my theory that @LindseyGrahamSC may be serving as a mole to Mueller.

First and foremost, let's look at Graham's ACTIONS, because what politicians DO, rather than what they SAY, is key. In May'17, Graham allowed both Sally Yates and Jim Clapper to testify IN PUBLIC.🤔

The context for Graham's Yates/Clapper hearing is important. Recall that Yates and Clapper testified in public *just 5 days* AFTER @Comey's explosive testimony. The very next day after Yates/Clapper testified, @realDonaldTrump FIRED Comey.🤨

As many of you have noted, Graham was @SenJohnMcCain's closest friend in the Senate. We are talking about DECADES of close friendship.

And McCain was *still* alive, when Graham did his 180 vis-à-vis Trump.

And yes, McCain knew all about Graham's kompromat.🤔

*IF* Trump tried to blackmail Graham during their golf outing–which would be consistent with Trump's mobster tactics and Graham's sudden shift toward Trump–Graham is crafty enough (former JAG) to know that Trump's blackmail would NEVER end. Plus, McCain was *still* alive.

Again, Graham was VERY anti-Trump, chaired a key PUBLIC #TrumpRussia🇷🇺hearing, then did a 180 after the golf outing. WHAT IF Graham went to Mueller about the blackmail? This would be VERY consistent w/his behavior and prior history (JAG, McCain's pal).🤔

Another important point: Graham was an ANTI-#Russia🇷🇺hawk (just like McCain), who summarized Rosenstein's briefing to the full Senate about Comey's firing (May'17) as a **CRIMINAL investigation**.

It's the classic "actions are stronger than words" with Graham. For example, Graham may *claim* that he's holding a PUBLIC hearing that would be DAMNING for Trump (e.g., Yates/Clapper) for some seemingly pro-Trump reason, but that just gives him political cover.😉

Graham specifically scheduled the Yates/Clapper hearing to focus “on #Russian🇷🇺interference in the 2016 election” and allowed Yates to testify in public AFTER Trump fired her.🤨

Graham ALLOWED Yates to out Misha🇷🇺Flynn as being in "a compromise situation...where the national security adviser essentially could be BLACKMAILED by the #Russians.” She also testified that she and McGahn discussed prosecution of Flynn for CRIMES.🔥

Graham ALLOWED Clapper to reveal that allied intelligence informed USIC of "suspicious interactions" btwn Team🇷🇺Trump & #Russian spies/operatives.

Clapper also revealed that he “unmasked” the name of someone, who was BOTH a Trump associate and a Member of Congress.😎

Graham just replaced @ChuckGrassley as the entire Chair of Senate Judiciary Committee for this new congressional session.

I am no fan of Graham's political positions on many issues, and like you, I'm often perplexed and/or dismayed by Graham's words. But on national security issues, Graham has spoken out AGAINST Trump (e.g., Syria, the Helsinki #TreasonSummit).🤔

This is *only* a THEORY, so take it for what it's worth. But regardless of Graham, it's near-certain that Mueller has mole(s) embedded within Trump's orbit. And they'd likely be #Republicans, NOT Democrats.

And we likely will never know the whole story.😉
