Silicon Valley lobbyists are calling for light regulation on facial recognition.

They're trying to avoid the real debate: whether this tech should even exist.

When the ACLU used Amazon's Rekognition on members of Congress, it falsely matched 28 of them with people arrested for crimes.

They have access to millions of people's data at their fingertips, but do not need to get a warrant to use it.
