2/ In total, 37 countries signed this letter to the UN:

"Faced with the grave challenge of terrorism and extremism, China has undertaken a series of counter-terrorism and de-radicalization measures in Xinjiang, including setting up vocational education and training centers..."
3/ "The past three consecutive years has seen not a single terrorist attack in Xinjiang and people there enjoy a stronger sense of happiness, fulfillment and security...'

'Now safety and security has returned to Xinjiang."
4/ "We commend China's remarkable achievements in the field of human rights by adhering to the people-centered development philosophy & protecting & promoting human rights through development."

"We also appreciate China's contributions to the international human rights cause."
5/ The 37 ambassadors opposed “naming and shaming and publicly exerting pressure on other countries.”

"We urge the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, Treaty Bodies and relevant Special Procedures mandate holders to conduct their work in an objective..."
6/ "...and impartial manner, according to their mandate and with true and genuinely credible information, and value the communication with member states."
7/ On Xinjiang, the envoys to the UN Human Rights Council said terrorism, separatism and religious extremism have caused enormous damage to people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang, which has seriously infringed upon human rights, including right to life, health and development.
8/ They signatories to the joint letter to the UN stated that safety and security has returned to Xinjiang and the fundamental human rights of people of all ethnic groups there are safeguarded.
9/ "We appreciate China's commitment to openness and transparency. China has invited a number of diplomats, international organizations officials & journalist to Xinjiang to witness the progress of the human rights cause & outcomes of counter-terrorism & de-radicalization there."
10/ They added that what they saw and heard in Xinjiang completely contradicted what was reported. "We call on relevant countries to refrain from employing unfounded charges against China based on unconfirmed information before they visit Xinjiang," the 37 ambassadors concluded.
11/ The 37 UNHRC ambassadors request that their letter be recorded as an official document of the 41st session of the UN Human Rights Council & published on the official UN Website. ###

(All the above from various sources; I'll post letter & full list of evil 37 when I get it.)
12/ Chinese delegate Li Song spoke on Friday @UN_HRC to thank the 37 ambassadors for their support.

"The people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang, along with the entire Chinese people, will stride forward to build a brighter future of their own."

13/ Why are Islamic countries at the UN Human Rights Council—including Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Syria, Tajikistan, Togo and UAE—backing China's persecution of Muslims?

I took the floor to ask that question:
14/ And now we have the full 37-member list of the Axis of Shame:
