Listening to the marvellous @hpdang discuss open source adoption in Asia and the sustainability of the community with a vision of building a better future through sharing & collaboration #OSCON ... this really should be a keynote.
Oh ... eventyay.com ... this looks useful for #MapCamp ... oh, an open sourced smart speaker - susi.ai ... oh, and on and on. Loving this #FOSSASIA
Oodles of lessons on creating a sustainable community from motivations, skillsets (encouraging designers and tech writers), participation in the local community, events, high rates of diversity (47% of attendees are women) and focus on positive community. #FOSSASIA is awesome.
Wow ... an incredible timeline. Expanding open into education, pragmatic approaches, development of SaaS tools to sustain the community, open hardware tools ... this is truly stunning. #FOSSASIA rocks. This must be the keynote next year ...
... coding contests, hackdays ... clear lessons learned, evolving structure and practices, sharing practices ... oh I am blown away by #FOSSASIA which is hands down the winner of #OSCON.
#FOSSASIA acadmies built on open education, open hardware, open source and open practices. Creating a sustainable open source ecosystem but it's the humility and humbleness of the approach, asking for help from others that is so wonderful. This is so inspiring.
Fabulous, I can't rave enough about this talk. I thought I understood OSS but there is so much to learn from #FOSSASIA ... humbled and truly grateful for being in the room. #OSCON
Gosh ... I am overwhelmed by that feeling of listening to a talk which will fundamentally change my world perspective, that moment of clarity on the future, that warmth of hope. That one talk which no-one should miss.#OSCON ... brilliant.
