#Breaking - Some defense sources report #Indian air strikes across the Line of Control in Muzafarabad, #Pakistan. Indian air force briefing expected later today. Pakistan said Indian jets dropped their payloads & "fled". More confirmation of details needed.
There are also reports of dual, air and ground Indian strikes in Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir. No official word yet. Waiting for updates. Stay tuned.
There are also reports that 2 Pakistani JF-17s fighter jets have been shot down.

Kargil Diwas is etched in my memory as a bitter sweet after taste in a child’s mouth.I was in Army School going through a personal/family struggle of perhaps never seeing my mom again - being slowly consumed by illness. At that very moment of personal tragedy India was fighting..
..the many sons, fathers, brothers, husbands, boyfriends &father-in-laws of classmates, teachers &other staff in the institution i went to study were fighting on the border or aiding those who were fighting a long war.Every day in the assembly we had at least one announcement..
..of a father or brother or husband lost at the altar of serving this motherland.I have tears as i write this.Because Kargil Diwas is not just a day for me to tweet about. There are memories that have become a permanent mark on my soul - painful,endearing &only mine all at once..
