BREAKING NEWS: On horrible Texas ACA ruling, on behalf of the public, CA AG @AGBecerra has filed CERT to get this case to the Supreme Court ASAP.

Follow if interested and I will explain implications in a minute.

This is the right move for the Americans.
Let me lay out what this means for those interested.

The implication is that the Democratic states and House Dems are asking the USSC to hear the case without having it head back to the same judge who originally ruled against it.
