1) How to set up a false flag School shooting. You want to storm in & kill the patsy shooter in the act so he can't talk.

Steps to take.

1. Tell the patsy to show up at the school at a certain time.
2. Tap into the school closed circuit tv to monitor when the patsy is there.
2)

3. Place Officers in position outside the School to storm in and shoot the patsy in the act.
4. Place the Media in the proper positions to get the interviews with Crisis Actors

That would all work perfectly... unless...
3) Your plan would be wrecked if someone knew about your false flag and hacked into the school closed circuit camera system and put a 43 minute delay in what the cameras were showing.
