Thinking about moving to Australia under skilled migrant but don’t know how to start? I will be listing about 5 important things you need to know before you start. So you’ll have fewer headaches to deal with as i guide you through the process.
Before I list them, let me explain a bit about Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190)

This visa allows skilled workers who are nominated by an Australian state or territory government to live and work in Australia as a permanent resident. Just like Canada express entry.
To be Eligible you must meet the following requirements:

1. Have a relevant occupation
2. Have a suitable skills assessment for the occupation
3. Meet the points test pass mark of 65 points
4. Be nominated by a state or territory government agency
5. Have Competent English
Processing time for Australia permanent residence from Nigeria and others 6months -75% processed and 8months for 90%
of applications processed successfully.
Let's keep rolling for the 5 most important things you need to know:

1. Look for Employment in Australia. Before you do anything else, look for employment opportunities. With a job secured, it will be easier to allow you apply for permanent resident visa.
2. Apply For an Australian Visa: If you’ve found a secured a job or potential employer ask your hiring company to nominate you for a work visa. The work visa fall under the general skilled migration program.
3. Find a Home in Australia: Finding an affording home in Australia can be harder than you think. My brother in Perth had to lodge in a hotel for some time before he could get affordable accommodation. The cost of living in Australia is high but so is the wage.
4. Australian Culture: Life in Australia can be whatever you want it to be for you. Depending on your personal preference and ideal lifestyle. Many Aussie live for the outdoors. In Australia, you’ll have freedom of speech.

Life in Australia is great last last.
Click visabureau.com/australia/skil… for the current Australian Skilled Occupation List. You can find a skill job that suit you on this list.
After you have found your qualified skilled job. Submit an expression of interest (EOI) through SkillSelect skillselect.gov.au/SKILLSELECT/Ex… with details of your nominated occupation, skills and qualifications. SkillSelect will estimate a points score.
if you score high enough, Australian state and territory government agencies will be able to view your EOI and decide if they want to nominate you.

If you are nominated by a state or territory agency, you will be invited to apply for the visa.
Remember, if you are invited, you have 60 calendar days to apply for the permanent residence visa. Australian immigration will then process your visa application.
If you can afford it, I suggest you use a registered migration agent with number approved by immigration Australia. I'll recommend a few during the week. Note, they don’t have the ability to guarantee approval, but they will make process easier. They’re experts in immigration.
So later today, I will continue with admission tips, requirements, student visa and scholarship opportunities in Australia for those interested in pursuing a masters degree program.

Thank you🙏 🚶🚶
