Update: The CNN lawsuit against Trump has been assigned to Judge Timothy J. Kelly, a Trump appointee who was a former counsel to Chuck Grassley.
FWIW: I don't think it's as clear a sign as you all do that it was assigned to Judge Kelly! Note: He worked for Grassley on Judiciary when Grassley and Graham were the two Republicans to vote for the federal media shield law in committee.
