Comey didn’t say anything substantiative about the dossier to POTUS-elect Trump at all. In fact, it’s a common misconception he even mentioned the “pee” stuff. He didn’t, he vaguely referred to the use of prostitutes while in Moscow

If you believe the dossier, all of those claims are true
But if @Comey had briefed the POTUS-elect on the actual dossier contents, @realDonaldTrump would have known HE was the target of the FBI’s investigation
