Formerly, Quito spent over 6 years as the Global Head of Operations for @ThomsonReuters. Big get for Coinbase!

3/ 💰 @Polkadot, a network enabling independent blockchains to exchange information, introduced the #crypto community to a number of bounties for tasks and jobs related to #Polkadot and #Substrate (a #blockchain-building framework).

4/ 📰 @RaphAuer (Economist, @BIS_org) published his 31-page BIS working paper, 'Beyond the doomsday economics of "proof-of-work" in cryptocurrencies'.

5/ 🗾 @Blockstream announced they'd entered into a JV (called @CryptoGarageInc) with top Japanese #fintech firms @DigitalGarage and Tokyo Tanshi. The former has invested $10M into Blockstream, also.
