Autophagy is catabolic, inhibited by Mtor.
When autophagy is not occurring different body parts get dysfunctional (pancreas, liver, etc).
Study showing resistance training there is a systemic effect of enhancing autophagy in other areas including the brain.
Both resistance training and aerobics enhance autophagy.
- How do you assess authophagy? Look at glucose in comparison to Ketones - both should be low. Not being Hangry another sign. SOmeone should create a test.
