@hrw 8. #Bosnia: Radomir Šušnjar was found guilty for the murder of 57 Bosniaks in Višegrad, a town in the east of Serbian Republic of Bosnia, in 1992 (30 Oct.). We had previously tracked him down in France where he had relocated.

@hrw @osjustice @syrian_archive 10. In #DRC, a member of the Armed Forces was sentenced to 14 years in prison and will have to pay 15’000 USD in compensation for the rape of a 13 year-old girl (12 Nov.). And we have several other trials and investigations currently underway there.
