Nervously watching to see what the Conservative party manifesto says about the Human Rights Act. If the past is a guide to the future, they will commit to scrap and replace it. This is the election where it could actually happen.
It's important to understand that the people who have driven Brexit, and who are now driving the Tory Party further to the right, are the same people who have fought tooth and nail to water down protections in the Human Rights Act.
This is part of a wider project to remove international safety nets for rights protections which have developed over the past 75 years. The key targets were the EU and the European Convention on Human Rights. Dominic Cummings has been very open about this

So a Conservative government with a decent majority could be a triple blow to rights:
