The good, the bad, the ugly?—of palm oil. “Oil palms yield more oil per acre than do other crops. But soaring demand for the most popular vegetable oil has led to extensive deforestation & loss of wildlife in #Indonesia & #Malaysia, the biggest producers.“ ~@hillaryrosner
