Security and legal experts have said the Canadian justice system struggles to prosecute Canadian ISIS fighters at home due to the bar for evidence, there have been calls to modify the law an the Libs have a strategy, but no news about the Cdns in custody now
So repatriating those ISIS fighters, not so hard... but govt has said they under no obligation to do so... prosecuting them is a very different story. #cdnpoli
