Why the #US illegal recognition of the occupied Golan Heights as part of #Israel is dangerous:
1. Arabs will talk & express indignation but will do nothing
2. Syria as a state can't declare war on Israel coz it needs to rebuild itself and can't afford to see the country destroyed

#Israel Air Force, with the unlimited US military support, is capable of destroying the Syrian infrastructure in days & cripple the country for decades in case of war.

Only local resistance, detached but adopted the state - Lebanon trio equation "Army, People, Resistance" - can.

A "National Syrian Resistance" is already born is #Syria with years of all war types experience. This Syrian resistance, under different titles - enjoyed Hezbollah's experience in fighting #Israel and Takfiri.

In my war experience coverage in #Syria and #Lebanon on various fronts, I know that fighting Takfiri is much more difficult and harder than fighting #Israel.

I'll explain why:

#Israel moves its infantry only when its AF has "finished the job", along with the artillery & drones. When the infantry moves in, on the 1st clash with any resistance and if one or two officers are hit, the entire unit pulls out & scream for reinforcement or withdrawal coverage

This scenario happened tens of time in the south of #Lebanon. and #Israel can't afford to leave dead bodies of its soldiers and officers behind.

This behaviour is completely the opposite of the Takfiri in #Syria (and partially #Iraq).

Al-Qaeda inghemasi & #ISIS militants move in against a specific target, careless about the intensity of the firepower. I saw that in my own eye in a position close to #Palmyra when caught by an ISIS sudden advance.

Takfiri seek death, regardless casualties & continue advancing

In many locations in #Syria, the #Russia bombing became less efficient than it was supposed to be because Takfiri adapted and found shelters and ways to avoid large casualties. They have learned to wait for the infantry to advance when artillery and AF become inefficient.

All these experiences of warfare were shared with #Syrian "Resistance groups"who have participated in endless attacks against Takfiri along with classical and guerrilla forces. #Syria enjoys quasi-state field comndrs at the level of #Hezbollah. Only these can take back the #Golan

If #Syria consider #UN or any superpower can help to recover occupied territory, then these are gone forever.

#Israel can wait 20,30,40 years, when leaders of the world will start recognising one after the other its control over the #Golan.
