What does that say? Since 911, 18 yrs nonstop, 100s of bil of dollars, in the name of “War on Terror-Al Qaeda), Invasion Of Several nations, suspension of “Bill Of Rights” & Habeas Corpus etc, All the World’s Intel-Mil Giants (NSA,CIA,Pentagon), Yet AQ “As Strong as Ever”. Wow!
Even after the creation & marketing of their “New Brand”, #ISIS, they must keep the older self-created brand, al Qaeda, alive. Cold War enemy had to be replaced. A new ones had to be invented. One that could go on forever.
Think about it: They can monitor & control your every move, every online keystroke, your every financial transaction, your every call, every purchase ... But in 18 years, they haven’t been able to even reduce a few thousand boogiemen they created, they direct, finance & arm? Wow!
