According to local witnesses there are more than 130 military vehicles in this convoy and stops first in Sarmada to gather the convoy and then moves to Dana and then moves to western Aleppo to reach #Atareb.

The goal of this convoy was the strategic area of Tal al Eis in southern #Aleppo; so Turkish troops move towards it but are stopped near village Qamari due to heavy fire thrown by #SAA artilleries and also continuous patrols of Russian and Syrian fighters above.

Russia wants the Syrian army to take over all territories. Nevertheless, the US is insisting on "scheduled withdrawal". That means../+

That could mean the US wants to withdraw gradually from one area, deliver it to the Turks and move on to another to prevent the Syrian army from moving in.

Russia is standing in the way and doesn't accept Turkey to move in. /+
However, if the US won't give the area but to Turkey, then Turkey will take it first.
