1. Why the hell all this hand wringing & whingeing on the part of the Brexiters & media about what the EU has presented in the draft legislation...there's no surprises given the duplicity of the UK Govt...the latter signed up to this in Dec & then started to weasel out of it.

3. Don't forget it's the UK Govt that's decided to pursue a hardline fantasy #Brexit & 20mths on still has no clue what it's doing..it & it's DUP henchmen are both playing dangerous brinkmanship as if this is a game of Call my Bluff. We are the supplicant..we are 1 they are 27.
4. UK Govt has had every chance to come up with alternatives but has failed to do so therefore the EU has had to draft legislation that guarantees the fall back option committed to last December. This is not rocket science...it's grown ups dealing with a petulant child!
5. If we want to avoid a hard border & have seamless trade..if we wish to avoid a damaging #Brexit that wrecks our economy, if we want to maintain the integrity of the UK, the solution is obvious...stay in the SM/CU.
6. Ultimately the reason this logical step isn't being taken is because effectively this Best Solution places the UK into a Pay & Obey No Say deal #Brexit accountable to the ECJ. Most sensible MPs know this but this is anathema to the Govt, ERG, DUP, BLUEKIPPERS & REDKIPPERS.
7. It was clear from the start there were only 3 versions of #Brexit on offer:
1. Damaging WTO No Deal
2. A Canada type deal
3. A Norway type deal
Each of the leaving us Poorer, Weaker, with Fewer Rights and less Control.
There's no deal that offers a BETTER DEAL than membership.

8. The only sensible way out of this debacle is now to Retest the Will of the Ppl...we already know a clear majority of them want a #FinalSay on the deal with a #StopBrexit option. Those denying it are not democrats but more interested in imposing their will on the People.
