@PrisonPlanet Follow up: Same technique but synchronized to match the LAST frame.
Because the PrisonPlanet/@PressSec clip is faster (sped up intentionally?) you can see the aid's arm moving first.

3)Scale CSPAN to 267. Position: 1636 | 634
4)With PP video on top layer: set "Blend Mode" to "Difference"
