The right to protest, to petition, to disagree is an essential element of UK democracy. I might disagree with the view but I celebrate the expression of political freedom in such a positive manner ->
I do hope that in the end (regardless of what path the UK takes) that such passion continues and is directed to taking on the gross inequalities in our society. That 14M live in poverty, in wretched conditions must be faced and we must create a fairer society.
The worst of all possible results is we return to the past status quo, for the energy to dissolve and for society to once again ignore the disenfranchised. Whatever path we take, we must redistribute both wealth and opportunity.
I've no issue with revoking article 50 as long as it was coupled with social investment through a major fund (in the order of a few hundred billion) created by significant wealth tax across property (including shares). We should leave the past behind us.
