Former Technip consultant Zwi Skornicki also pleaded guilty for his role in bribing Brazil officials.
Skornicki also worked as a consultant for Keppel Offshore & Marine (KOM). Both Technip and KOM paid more than $69 million in corrupt payments to Skornicki associated companies.

FCM paid bribes to at least 7 Iraq government officials from 2008 to 2013 including to the Ministry of Oil and various other oil companies. They used an intermediary based in Monaco to get those contracts in Iraq.
As part of TechnipFMC's guilty plea and deferred prosecution, they have agreed to FULLY cooperate in the DOJ's ongoing investigation. And it is a BIG investigation.
