1. @POTUS Trump and @RTErdogan have something in common. They will both be charged with #genocide. Trump will be tried in the US under 18 USC 1091. Unless #Erdogan is dumb enough to come here, it will likely require a #Nuremberg style war crimes tribunal.
2. Turkey, like the US, does not subscribe to the International Criminal Court. But we have a criminal statute that makes it a capital crime. I don't think Turkey has a genocide statute. Turkey is a genocide repeat offender. #Armenian #Christians were among their major victims.
3. The crime of genocide requires "specific intent" to effect the result of destroying in substantial part "a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group." For Erdogan that's easy. Many times he has professed his intent to exterminate Kurds. This is his "kill Kurds" hand sign 
4. Today is the first time that @realDonaldTrump has clearly evidenced he's adopted Erdogan's specific intent. Talked about "cleaning out" areas. That's going to make Trump's prosecution a lot easier. For his kid's just taking the Turk's blood money should be enough.
5. Just when you thought nobody could be dumber than Acting @WhiteHouse Chief of Staff @MickMulvaneyOMB Trump outdid him by confessing to a capital crime. And I intend to spend the rest of my life as his Inspector Javert.
6. Fun Fact: When my late brother was hunting GOP war criminals like @TheJusticeDept Bill Bar, Ronald Reagan and Bush41, the @nytimes top conservative, William Safire called him, Inspector Javert. I guess he thought relentlessly hunting war criminals was an insult.
