You can read full report, most extensive in years, here: bit.ly/2Qovhjh
But thread below on some of these jarring figures:
➡️ 89% of Jews think Antisemitism is most problematic on the internet & on social media.
➡️ 71% avoid Jewish symbols (e.g., kippah, Star of David, etc) in public things that could identify them as Jewish.
1/
➡️ 28% of respondents have been harassed at least once in the past year, with those being visibly Jewish most effected;
2/
➡️ 34% avoid visiting Jewish events or sites because they do not feel safe;
3/
➡️ In one of the most telling statistics, 70% consider that efforts by Member States to combat Antisemitism are NOT EFFECTIVE.
4/
Over 16,000 Jews took part in the survey.
5/
According to the @EURightsAgency Report on #Antisemitism: "Simply being Jewish increases people’s likelihood of being faced with a sustained stream of abuse” with Antisemitic harassment being so common, that it has becomes “normalized.”

Still trying to get my head around fact 90% of European Jews feel Antisemitism has increased last 5 years, while 71% too afraid to wear Jewish symbols in public!
12/
The Jews of Europe did not need another report to tell them how bad situation is - they need URGENT ACTION.
13/
Condemnations alone are just not enough. We need action. Urgent, immediate & tangible action.
14/
It simply cannot be such that Jews are - once again - singled out, feeling unsafe and questioning their future.
History will judge how the EU responds to this oldest and most enduring of hatreds, #Antisemitism.
