Going along with #USA plot(s) On #Syria ended up with disastrous costs 4 #Turkey (from millions of refugees here to $$$ & geopolitical sec). This, despite Turkey having had a good relations with Syria/Assad Gov (commerce & Political) prior that. Now with #Iran?! Never learn?!!

This may be a new era for #Turkey? #imamoğlu for the end to censorship & oppression gives a passionate speech. I am still in disbelief: #AKP shed all it’s positives & good advisors and turned into the worst governance since the 1980’s military despot regime era in #Turkey
If I were to list the worst steps/moves by #Turkey #AKP gov to date: 1- Bringing in corrupt & incompetent advisors in Since the 2016 coup attempt; 2- Destroying the Media; 3- Collaborating with #USA on #Syria & #ISIS creation; 4- Assault on Free Speech
If I were to list some of #Turkey #AKP best moves/steps of the “past”: 1- Improving Infrastructure (Including roads & transportation);2- Improving Healthcare (it is excellent in Turkey);3- Giving importance to rural Turkey; l4- Going outside #USA sphere 4 international relations

2) The Turkish government dropped an investigation launched in November 2013 into arms shipments to jihadist group when police seized 931 empty mortar shells and 10 metal tubes for launchers from a truck in Adana near the Syrian border.
3) The arms transfers were done under the auspices of Turkey’s National Intelligence Organization (MIT), and the man who coordinated the entire setup, from manufacturing in machinist shops in Turkey to transport to Syria, was an operative of the Turkish spy agency.

Art 8 ICC: “[i]ntentionally using starvation of civilians as a method of warfare by depriving them of objects indispensable to their survival, including wilfully impeding relief supplies ...” constitutes a war crime in international armed conflicts.
Geneva Conventions Article 54(1) of the 1977 Additional Protocol I provides: “Starvation of civilians as a method of warfare is prohibited.”
