Honestly don't mention it until 2021. People's Vote struggled because people called for it before Brexit had materially changed ("Leave the EU"➡️"Leave the EU" + 600-page deal) so it looked like people simply not accepting the result.

Next December it's either an extension or total regulatory alignment, both of which Johnson said would never happen, and both of which will anger Brexiteers/Tories; or a No-Deal which crashes the economy and people will see the mistake.
