As you all know #deflation has been my theme for some time. It is obvious looking at charts like #Copper and #Oil. Here is #Oil. Ending Diagonal which will send Oil <23 USD during 2019/2020. This has been my call since top in 2018. It is >70% drop --> deflationary #HZupdates

#Copper shows same picture. #Deflation is coming. We are in wave 5 of C in expanding diagonal. Current bounce is wave 2 - will rally slightly higher - before major drop. I imagine this is what Powell starts getting indications on #HZupdates

Notice 2008 Q1-Q3 - during last deflationary phase. Fed had been tightening up to Sept. 2007 - and started lowering rates. BUT damage had been done to economy. World rolled over and #deflation /disinflation. It was from Q1-Q3 2008. #Copper plunged. Same situation now! #HZupdates

So - how did Precious Metals do in that environment? Well - #Silver plunged ~60% in Q1-Q4 2008. So - what to expect this time? #HZupdates

How does it look now for #Silver, as we enter #deflationary phase? Silver broke down through LT-trendline (2008-2015) in 2018 - an is now backtesting that trendline #HZupdates

How anybody can be long #Silver and PMs here is a mystery to me. In shorter time frame we see clear correctional abc-pattern (=wave 2) from bottom of wave 1 (the wave that broke LT-trendline). This is bearish! #HZupdates

What will be the driver of deflation? Strength of #USD! #DXY is on the verge of a strong rally in wave 3. I have called for a pause in #DXY (same in #EURUSD) but it is coming to an end. The pullback has been pathetic - which speaks in favor of a very strong rally ahead #HZupdates

#EURUSD My target for a long time has been 0.91. I stick to that as a min. target. Pot. we will see the pair drop as low as 0.83. Driver will be strong USD and problems in EU. Europe is a mess! I fear for the political and societal fall-outs in Europe #HZupdates

Another very clear pattern, which shows coming strong USD rally is #USDJPY. It is about to soar!! Triangle (abcde) - where wave "e" just peaked down below triangle trendline #HZupdates

Some of you may remember my LT #SP500 chart. Still looks the same. It said - first deflation - then stagflation. I stand by that! We have not completed deflationary phase. In fact, we are most likely about to see a major crash in #equities. Target ~1900 for next drop #HZupdates

#EU looks terrible. This is a very clear pattern for etf #EU50. Entire "rally" since 2009 has been Bear Market Bounce. We are heading toward ~900 in this index. Major crash. Money printing has been helped nothing! Real problems in EU persist #HZupdates

So - where to put your money in a world of deflation and crisis? #Gold? Well not in the first phase of the crisis - the deflationary part! Gold will plunge with #Silver. My target area remains 750-825. #HZupdates

You want to put your money in #TLT and #Bonds. US bonds will soar, as equities drops hard in #RiskOff environment. Will rally to new highs coming years. I remember calls of final LT bottom in yields from major hedge funds and financial institutions #HZupdates

#China is slowing - and we will soon see a strong move in the #USDCNY as #USD strengthens. Since bottom in 2013 - we have had wave 1 and 2. We are now in wave 3, where wave iii of 3 is about to unfold. First stop is 7.85 - before much, much higher levels #HZupdates

#Bitcoin I have had ~2000 USD as target - but I think we may see it drop further than that. #USD strength will not we kind on Bitcoin. I still think the decline is orderly - but bottom could still be far away #HZupdates

Swedish #equity index #OMXS30 looks really bad. Pot. great opportunity to short right here! Target is a low as ~540-area. First backtest will need to complete - then a major decline will set in #HZupdates

Danish stock index looks just as bad. Using old index as not enough data for new. Bear Flag - after breaking down through trendline from 2011-2016. Target is as low as 320-area from current level of 946. Major decline ahead! #HZupdates

#DeutscheBank looks bad! At break of triangle I called for levels 5-6. It will be much lower.... getting dangerously close to 0 #HZupdates
