#EE said I had ordered mobile phones & sim cards & #UKMail said they had delivered them to me (with me showing my passport) at home. I did neither. I didn't order any mobiles & I didn't receive any mobiles. It was a complete stitch up

The actions of @EE made it crystal clear they were out to frame me. I reported fraud (didn't order or receive any mobile phones or sim cards) & #EE outright refused to block the sim cards on several occasions saying that no fraud has taken place. #TheGuardian #TheTelegraph

When a report is made that the named account holder has not received or lost or has his phone stolen, by law, @EE must immediately block the sim cards and investigate the matter accordingly. In this case #EE were breaking their own policy to carry out the sting #UKGovChat #itv

Months passed with @EE refusing to block the sim cards & ignoring all my correspondence on this matter. #UKMail also wouldn't investigate this matter. I had to take off my entire annual leave at work to fight for my freedom.
