My #DXY model supports this macro outlook exactly. Correction from late 2019 has concluded and DXY will now explode higher in 5 impulsive waves higher to target ~111. I expect this move to reach target ~Mid-2020. The consequences of a strong DXY will be wide-spread. #Deflation
All currencies will get annihilated by strong #USD. One of the casualties will be #EUR, which is about to plunge lower. This week, we saw strong reversal, as wave b (circle) was in - and the coming decline will reach 0.85-0.87 in 5 impulsive waves. Extreme! #HZupdates
We will also see strong #USD unfold in #GBPUSD, which has initiated its journey towards its target below the trendline of Ending Diagonal. As with #DXY and #EUR, I expect to see this target reached later this year #HZupdates
#AUDUSD tells us, that inflation is crashing - but we already know this from #Oil which has plunged since start of January. LT-target is <20 USD - likely ~10 USD to be reached this year. No doubt that #Deflation is unfolding! #HZupdates

Like #Commodities, Precious Metals do not do well during #Deflation and #USD Shortage. Why? Because all liquid assets will be liquidated to get USD. Gold has initiated its plunge with a target of 800-890 to be reached later this year. Gold Bubble burst!
