Anzitutto va detto chiaro che non c'è MAI stata neanche la vaga possibilità che l'uso di un'app potesse essere un'alternativa al lockdown (qui lo dice anche il capo dell'app di Singapore blog.gds-gov.tech/automated-cont…). E questo per almeno 4 ragioni pratiche.
