*Non-modifiable risk factors:
Female gender and older age

@topagrar_PL @PolskaIzbaMleka @DINtoday @HighGroundDairy @freshagenda2013 @Eucolait @AnttiJSaari1 @juliajones110 @StoneX_EUDairy @SaschaSiegel_ @dairylando As we have predicted since March, despite huge reduction of #milk production and processing, UA internal dairy use/consumption slumped due to war, migration, and deterioration of population wealth.

In July we’ve observed crush of UA internal #grains and oil seeds prices due to port’s blockade by aggressor and the eve of new crops harvesting season. Compound #feed index downed to last year’s minimal (incl. sunflower meal traded 0,05 EUR/kg).

🧵We are a group of volunteers exploring existing and non-conventional options for moving #Ukrainian #grains, #wheat and #agricultural products into the #European #Railway Network for distribution to EU #Export terminals, primarily, but not exclusively on the #Danube Waterway.
Why, what's stopping this?

Similar to @Apple, @Microsoft or @Android Operating Systems, #Ukraine's and #Europe's #trains, #locomotives & #wagons operate on physically different track widths.

While having similar functionalities, they don't "play well with each other".
Specifically, a Ukrainian train cannot travel on a European railway (track) and European trains cannot travel on Ukrainian railways.

The width, called "Gauge", between rails is different. Ukrainian is 1520mm wide, while European is 1435mm.

1/ Thread: Commodities vs Hubris

Every commodity bull is wrestling with the same question at this moment: I'm seeing the best set up for a mega cycle in my life time, but I also see financial bubbles everywhere.

#shipping #grains #oil #uranium #Commodities
Do I need to wait for a crash in markets before I go in or will I be late? Will markets rotate into cyclical or will my portfolio get wrecked when the hubris in ESG, tech and NFTs comes to an end?
"History doesn't repeat it rhymes "- said so many times it has become a cliche.
We all look back at the internett bubble of the late 90's /early 20's. A tech boom followed by a crash in equities and eventually the beginning of a commodity mega cycle ending in 2008.

THREAD: After 4 years on my health journey (and having lost >50 lbs.), here are my top 20 weight loss and #health tips, things I really wish I had known 20 years ago. #LCHF
1. Stop the Sugar - Avoid #fructose, sucrose, lactose or pretty much anything else that ends in -ose. #Sugar causes blood glucose spikes, which raises your levels of insulin, the main fat-storage hormone.
2. Limit net carbohydrates to 50g or less daily. Lower is even better, shooting for 15g per meal. Calculate net #carbs by subtracting grams of fiber from total carbs.
